I have no idea if it's the Jacamo people themselves or the utterly appalling delivery people they use - but don't count on them, they will in all probability let you down. I ordered a shirt to wear for my daughters wedding (many days ahead). Two days before I get a message saying they tried to deliver but nobody was in (lie number one). The next day they say it's been delivered (lie number two). Later that day they say the parcel has been damaged and returned to the warehouse (which may or may not be true). Disgraceful service, all they can do is offer a refund, not even an apology for the lies. Unless you don't mind being taken for a fool my advice is simply to avoid them - and their dreadful lies.
