Can you please check your internal people as there are absolutely rottone staff you got. I have not create any account to your online shopw but I keep receiving items. I returned it already and have proof of returned. But there was the first delivery that was delivered in the morning and was pick up back in the afternoon. Of course I have to give it back as he introduced himself from hermes courier company (same company that deliver the item that morning). Now I am contacting you for so long waiting in your contact fone number 25minutes and no answer.
