This company stole my money. I placed an online order for Collect+, but was told I chose the "incorrect" postage option, so the order was returned to them and is now lost in Hermes limbo. As a customer, how am I supposed to know what the incorrect & correct options are, and why on earth does their checkout flow let users choose the "incorrect" postage option? It's now been over a month since I placed the order and I've received neither a replacement order, or a refund. Avoid this company.
