They promise great worldwide service but in reality are not a good choice for worldwide service. Their communication is poor and their service is second rate. Do not purchase here if you live outside of UK. Unanswered emails and no valid shipping is not good business for 2020. Creating a shipping label is not the same as shipping your product. Come on guys...get with it.
