Superb service on all counts. My terrace house, c.1900 has just entered the 21st century with proper heating, installed neatly, quickly and professionally. I also want to emphasize how how good all the people were to work with -- James went the extra mile in coordinating everything (and getting me fuse wire!), Gemma in the office has been a superb communicator, and Peter and Tony, who did the installation, did a beautiful job.
