Having contacted several contractors advertising in local magazines, only to discover that they are cash in hand, no guarantee operators, I was delighted to carry out a Google search and find James Foy. What a refreshing change to have an office to deal with, professional procedures and email correspondence. The plumber came at the appointed time, did the job efficiently, was pleasant to deal with and preferred me to call the office with my payment. When I called I was emailed an invoice and given a couple if days to pay. I paid immediately, but how refreshing to be dealt with as a trustworthy customer. I have already asked for a quote for further work, an estimate of which was emailed to me within minutes. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
