Have just returned from a 7 night break in Frigilliana Spain. The Villa (Casa Leo) was as described, very tired and dated but perfectly adequate for myself as a solo traveler wanting to explore. The area was stunning, which is quite often the case when you are in rural fairly remote areas. What I didn't appreciate from this company was their constant hassle to up sell. Hire Cars, Transfers, Parking etc, and yet when I rang the help line to ask for directions to the villa on foot they were extremely unhelpful. Also no help what so ever on a taxi back to the village on my final day. Ultimately James Villas are selling a product to the public and really couldn't care less about your general safety and well being once you have signed away your hard earned money, this is not a great advocate for the female solo traveller.
