Haven’t even had my holiday yet , they have taken my money twice and are telling me to wait 9days for a refund , after speaking to someone who didn’t know what they were talking about telling me I will just have to wait for it , she puts me through to a supervisor named ALISA who was so rude telling me there is nothing she can do , I have never dealt with a incompetent company ever !
