I fully appreciate the National and even global situation with Covid-19 right now but have to say the way James Villas are operating at present is neither considerate or professional. We are in unprecedented times, my flight out on 2nd May to Faro has now been cancelled by BA and my return flight on 15th May is also cancelled. You will still not yet cancel my booking for a villa only and provide a refund at this time. I am not sure if you are just protecting your own interest or your villa owners, you are not protecting people like me. I have used you for 20 years and thought you were a decent company. We will not be going ahead with this booking but will not cancel until we know a full refund will be given. Do you really think people will be travelling in 5 weeks time? Even if we are, I don’t have any flights booked now and BA issued a refund straight away. I think you should take a long hard look at your business, people are ill and dying and you stick to your T&C’s. No empathy or understanding of the real world. I will never book with you again. Can you and the villa owners not understand what is going on with health and travel. You hide behind the government advice not to travel up to 15th April, do you really believe we will be travelling in May.
