Excellent service - NVR arrived within a couple of days, packaged perfectly. The Himvisikion booklet was a bit vague on detail so I sent Jamil a message for help via eBay - to his credit he responded almost immediately and spent the next few hours over the phone getting me set up - I had Qvis cameras which I wanted to attach to the NVR - Jamil even contacted Qvis, arranged for the right software to enable the cameras to have changed IP address and again the following Saturday arranged to talk me through the set up. It was a success and for the fist time I was able to access my system remotely. Something that I had struggled to set up for 2yrs. Jamil has been back in touch with. E since to offer further advice and I have a call date set up with him as he is going to help me link a wireless IP camera to the Himvision NVR. What service, fantastic guy to deal with, a genuine young man who has helped no end with my limited knowledge. I couldn't recommend Jamil highly enough
