I was looking for a CCTV system for 2-3 months and came across Jamil ,I looked at China imports to Europe to find a system that would suit my needs and be able to answer any questions about the product, I found China cameras that were a little cheaper but there copy's and didn't have any back up if things went wrong or if I needed help they couldn't answer my questions, then I found Jamil, I wanted ptz X2 on Poe ,with a nvr that could match the performance this very helpful chap advised me through and I purchased all the above because I needed powerful cameras and to be able to see in the pitch black,now I had a previous system and thought that was good, now I took my time set it up and was over the moon at how well they work even at no light ,I have a car park 50-60 mtrs away and need to guard it because I leave very nice cars ect there,I was so shocked to find that the cameras worked so well I would be able to recognize a person and even see what type of trainers they were wearing ! If zoomed in ,I am no wize kid nor a computer expert but once all pluged in all I needed was to be able to access on my fone in which Jamil guided me through it and even set it up via team viewer,this was quite unbelievable second to none customer service and I doubt I would of found it any where else , in fact every one I contacted was not even in the same league let alone this helpful,now if u are reading this and are thinking about CCTV I can't express enough how helpful Jamil is and good the products that hikivision system is, expect to have to play about a bit to learn how it all works and what buttons do what but when u get confident u like me will wish u had this year's ago, and it comes with a warranty and a customer service that as I said is brilliant,in fact I have just bought another 2 cameras ! They are that good ,keep up the good work Jamil and a very big thank u
