It is 10/10 experience with JKE. Pre-trip, the consultation process was very comprehensive, and it helped to de-stress the travel prep in a great deal. It’s really a one-stop solution that I would recommend to anyone who is interested in ski in Japan. We had bookings for car, hotel, equipment, pass, classes etc. All were delivered smoothly! For the car booking, we made a pre-payment and the driver ended up charging us separately. JSE helped to clarify very quickly and provided the refund (from double payment) within 2 weeks. I bring up this up because JSE impressed me a lot on how they handled this issue - one should trust a business that can provide the refund promptly. Very impressive!
