Oliver Sparks who managed my booking was excellent. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided excellent advice and assistance. Japan Ski Experience was the first to get back to my initial request (Powderhounds was slow and rude when they did as a result of my follow up. We have used them before but won't again). The accommodation at Kouzan Woods for our party of 5 was perfect and the vehicle with the property was great. Our timing was excellent with great snow, which made for a fantastic trip all round. The transfers and property provider meeting us at our bus was excellent, as well as the transfer back to the bus on departure. Everything worked seamlessly. We were very happy with the whole service.
