Duncan our rep was extremely helpful, especially organising medical info and early check in for my husband who had fractured his foot and snapped his achillies. We stayed at Kizuna and the amazing team at Landmark where we checked in did everything to inform us of Niseko, accommodation and were so helpful in every way. They are a credit to your team. We were checked in by Kayla who was just delightful - no question was too much for her. She made us feel very welcome. Then we had amazing experience with two lovely Japanese ladies who drove the van and assisted in check-in/enquiries, lugging heavy bags around etc- I think names are something like Minho or Mina and Meha. There was also a Japanese male driver who was so helpful with our gear. What a fabulous team.
