The team has been nothing short of helpful and patient throughout my booking process. They answered my questions in great detail, shared useful information with me (our first trip to Hakuba) and even had to repeat because I either misplaced the information or forgotten I've asked. The complimentary transport to supermarket was extremely helpful, and showed us Echoland on the way to Aeon. Everything was well organised except that our request for an extra bed was not set up upon check in. But it was promptly resolved when we returned from the supermarket. I am really grateful to the team, Sarah, Ai and Ted for being so accommodating , patient and friendly. They made the trip a very pleasant and memorable one. Thank you very much.
