The whole process from start to finish was seamless. Sarah and Ai had helped me from the beginning and they made finding a place in Hakuba, a cinch. They answered all my queries and got support until the very end. We did not regret booking our snow holiday through them. It is unfortunate that I got sick during the day we were meant to take skiing lessons (and not get a refund from Evergreen) but that is not JSE's fault. The resort (Sierra Resort Hotel) they recommended is 5 STARS and I would recommend it to anyone planning a ski/snow holiday. The amenities, service, staff were just top notch. My wife and I could not fault it... a lot of things unlimited and unlimited onsen? What more can you ask for??? The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinners offered were all world-class. We wanted to come back as soon as we left the premises. Everything was amazing. The snow monkey tours were great, as well. We would have wanted more break time in between the tours to explore. I guess due to time constraints, that is not a probability. It was very informative, fun, and we got to see some parts of Nagano and learn more about the prefecture. The lunch at Obuse and Zenkoji temple were also amazing. We are already planning our next trip and we will definitely book it with JSE! Thank you, JSE! You have contributed to making our honeymoon, something we will always cherish!
