Terrible payout process,. This shows a complete disregard to customer care and the ethics of this company. "24H payout process" is a ridiculous statement when clearly a large majority of people are stuck, and can not remove their assets, Without apexchargeback i would be stuck too. With their dedication and effort I was able to recover my assets, the keep constant communication through the process which gave me confidence to trusts their process. Those having the excellentnet problem should file a claim through apexchargeback
