Ordered and received the lamp in a timely manner. Bulb lasted a week then died. Called and a tech claimed it was my fault. Claimed I didn't have a proper install, which was a lie. Corrected my pronunciation of Optima, bad mouthed Optima product, wanted me to send my projector to them to pay for repairs. This is a terrible company. Don't use them. This is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never use them again. They advertise double the warranty, now you know why. I have updated PayPal to a claim and will be contacting Amex asap to void the transaction.
