Horrible. Ordered a product on April 13 with 2 day express , here we are 10 days later. Now 7 emails, no product, and they dont answer their phone. This has nothing to do with Covid19, because they are accepting the money and not shipping out anything. Tracking shows product never left their warehouse. Complete irresponsibility and certainly fraud. You dont take the order if you can not fulfill it.
