This was my first time dealing with your company. My granddaughters wanted your water bottles for Christmas. My original order was missing one of the water bottles I had ordered however you took care of this problem once I emailed you, and I received the missing water bottle a week or so later. Thank you for correcting this. The only thing I had trouble with was that I could only contact you by email. I would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone when the mistake occurred. Emailing back and forth seemed to extend the time needed to correct the problem I had.
