I honestly think the customer service is bad I sent you guys a email asking about a exchange question and got no response I even emailed 2 more times and nothing. Also the sizing is really ridiculous your XL is partially a size medium. You guys really need to make more sizes for bigger girls and not just super skinny ones. And your shipping is a joke. I order 2x and spent over $500 in just sweat pants and simple items. My daughter is obsessed with you guys and the only thing she wanted for Christmas is j 80 merchant that’s the only reason why I went ahead and got it. But I won’t be purchasing again. One and only good thing about my whole experience is the material is really really good almost identical to lululemon so thank you for thank.
