Nicole helped me and I know I could’ve been nicer so I said sorry but I feel like she was very rude and not good in customer service I work in customer service and I’ve never seen someone work in customer service and do such a bad job at it.. I got my order and had the wrong pants and my option was to either exchange them or get 15% coupon I actually needed the pants for something so I had to wear them so I only could do the 15% coupon but I feel like that is t fair at all I should’ve got something more than that because this wasn’t my fault and she was rude and 15% isn’t that much for how big of an inconvenience this was. I love josh and Katie but if it wasn’t for that I would never shop with j80fit or jatie beauty again. And that’s not just cause of my order being wrong it’s because Nicole’s customer service was so bad!!!!!!
