I purchased the JatieFit Pastel Booty Bands, and I LOVE THEM! I have searched for so long to find high-difficulty, wide resistance bands, and now I have. I had a knee injury and have recently graduated from my PT. My physical therapist highly encouraged me to find some resistance bands to continue strengthening my hips, thighs, glutes, and calves. However, every time I bought some they were either too easy or they slipped incessantly. But these bands are perfect! I love that they vary in size and difficulty, also they are a beautiful color. The non-slip silicone grip is only in the middle of the band which prevents it from rolling onto itself and digging into the muscles underneath, unlike with classic rubber resistance bands. The quality of this product is evident and it is affordable. Thank you Jatie for making this amazing product!
