I bought Betz leggings from the online site. The leggings were good, but the customer service was horrible. Initially, I bought the Betz leggings in blue and the leggings that I received were not the size that I ordered. There was a huge delay in responding to my messages and then the Betz leggings in blue in my size (the size I ordered) were sold out after they delayed to get my messages. Therefore, I ordered a different pair and returned the other Betz leggings in blue. I received a customer support message that said that the return label hasn't been delivered to me yet. However, I used the return label already to send the leggings to them. I am still sorting this out after over a month of purchasing the leggings and I'm still waiting for my refund of the leggings that were incorrectly sent to me.
