I love this company but there are a few things that can still be improved on. First, communication with the customer. When I found the customer service email I got a very helpful response within a few days. However, before that I had been asking questions on the company instagram account because I know that some companies such as fabletics communicate with their costumers this way. Maybe consider answering questions on your instagram, or if not make the customer service email easier to find. Second, I don't know if this is possible or not but could you bring back a deal like spend $40 and get free shipping? I didn't realize that deal had expired and I made a big order and was pretty disappointed that I couldn't get free shipping.
