I thought that Jay Brokers were very professional and helpful -- their communication was clear, informative, and easy to follow. I received a bid and once I accepted I received mailing instructions and label. Once I sent my computers I received email progress reports as Jay Brokers were tracking the packages telling me where it was and that it was received, latter that the computers computers were received and then that they were checked out and acceptable, and then that payment was sent. I did not shop my sale so I don't know if Jay Brokers were competitive.
