Purchased a GME hand held two way from the Jaycar underwood store. I had issues with the product so phoned GME direct and they were next to useless. Went back to Jaycar and the staff there were wonderful. I have has two good shopping experiences at this store and was happy to pay a little more than a competitor knowing that if I had any issues I could get great service at this store.
