Customer service is not at all helpful, they just keep promising you about giving yourself best service and never callup or give feedback!!
Driver who comes to deliver is very abusive arrogant rude and doesnt treat customer well. Infact driver demands you to come downstairs search him and get your delivery, then why to pay delivery and processing fee of QAR 20?
