The prices customers will see in most cases are very attractive, but don’t be fooled. This company has one of the lowest kind of customers service I have come across so far. Starting with their website search capability, which I can say very confidently is equal to rubbish by all means, even if you try to keep a blind eye to that and say lets give them a call, you will be shocked by the automated voice service which has English, Urdu, Hindi and GOD knows what else but no Arabic although they are based in Dubai!!, and you should have some tough skin because your call might be hanging on waiting and finally the call gets disconnected because no one is free to take your call, and even if you try to convince your self that the cheap price your getting for the product is worth that, guess what the order might get cancelled without notifying you or the answer you will get is the supplier of this product is out of stocks, and when they tell you that an email will be sent to you with a substitute products list similar to the one you requested, you will never hear from them, unless you really, really, really have a very tough skin and brain to call them again.
