The wine arrived intact, thank goodness. The only problem was no one explained that you had to be at home to receive the wine to insure that the recipient was over 18. So the first time it was delivered, a sign was left on my door to say that delivery would be attempted a second time and had to have someone over 18 at home when the second delivery attempt was made. I would have liked the wine delivered in my front hall where it is secure, between the two doors where it is fully safe. I am lucky that I was home for the second delivery.
