We ordered three bottles of wine for Passover Seder to be delivered to our hosts. The wines arrived promptly at the time expected and were quite good. However, The THANK YOU NOTE that we had written online thanking our hosts and identifying US as the sender WAS NOT INCLUDED. BIG FLAW.
We so wanted our hosts to know before hand how much we appreciated being invited. And because kosherwines forgot our note, they could not fully appreciate our gift.
I really don't know if I'll order from you again. you've probably lost a customer.
