Great customer service! Original order somehow never arrived even though the tracking number said it did (UPS is very overwhelmed at this time due to coronavirus, but not kosherwine’s fault). Sent an e-mail right before shabbos and received a response right after shabbos that they will send a new box. Arrived safe and sound this time. Despite craziness, box arrived earlier than expected delivery date both times.
