I ordered 16x 35ml of the saintly kiss pink perfume as advertised on their website and they sent me the wrong perfume, the darling fusion fragrance instead. They tried to say that the packaging had changed but I’ve had the perfume they sent me and it stinks. I was polite and respectful in my email trying to have this resolved quickly and peacefully, but they were incompetent. They have chosen to not resolve the matter or tell me how I can return the item.
