I Ordered Caldo paraffin after first checking that they could supply the item advertised, I was told yes of course.
I checked that they had sent Caldo and not Bartoline which had happened before and I returned it. Luckily the handler was switched on and checked, he said “the product number did indeed point to Bartoline and at my insistence was able to stop and return to base the delivery. Many thanks to that man for being diligent.
In fairness JDS are not the only one doing this substitution (possibly hoping for a ‘Oh well’ type response).
I Would use JDS again, quick service but in my case a faf. Thanks again to I think Gavei, sorry if name wrong.
