Ordered a pair of Havainas Youth Fun received the item within a few days but wrong item was sent. Phoned up n spoke to the lady on line she is very friendly n very helpful. Problem resolved a replacement was sent straight away by next day delivery. I'm very impressed with the excellent service n very much appreciated. THANK YOU.
