Thank you Jelly Egg for an excellent service. I ordered 2 pairs of crocs and unfortunately chose the wrong size for one of them After a phone call to Customer Services a young lady was extremely helpful and checked to see if the correct size was in stock and when it wasn't she also checked to see if there had been any returned as I really did want the item. She also advised that I make a note on my returns slip to ask that they check again if any returns had been received. I was reassured that this was no problem and if they could not help I would return get a full refund. I have since had an email saying sorry there have been no returns of the correct size and another to say my full refund was on its way. That is service taken to "an extra mile". Many thanks
