we are very pleased with Jelly Egg. The product we ordered was not in stock but was still on website. Jelly Egg acknowledged that it was their mistake and offered us a chance to reorder or get a refund. At all times they were courteous and helpful AND got us our product as quickly as if there had been no problem.
Overall very satisfied and will return to this company in the future. THIS IS HOW ALL WEB COMPANIES SHOULD DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS,,,
