Good competitive prices and selection. Items were dispatched quickly though the box was a little damaged on arrival - not sure if it was sold this way or damaged in transit (Birkenstock boxes are quite flimsy and shipper bags don't provide any padding!) Returns was speedy too but disagree with advice that 2nd Class post is adequate for sending an item back via Royal Mail - if the item (as in my case costing £60+)gets lost, you are liable for loss, damage or delay and you would not be able to recoup your costs as 2nd Class only covers up to £20. Thankfully I know better and would use JellyEgg again despite this.
