Ordered Crocs flip flops but as usual, I found their sizing information confusing and inconsistent. Thanks to Sarah who very willingly took a short time out to physically measure a particular size in stock to exactly match it to my old pair, the product was perfect and very quickly dispatched. Sticking to the sizes marked on my old pair and to Crocs latest sizing charts, I would have ordered the wrong pair had it not been for Sarah's help.
