Taking the photos required to obtain a match was a chore for me. Consultant was very patient. The makeup (4 In Camera Ready foundation, J3) goes on smoothly--the brush is wonderful; however, despite all the info & photos I submitted, the shade is close but not a perfect match for my skin and doesn't fully cover the redness on my cheeks. I believe a closer shade would need to contain slightly more brown tones. However, I've been using the J3 first and then applying my old bare minerals "medium" foundation over, and that gets me full coverage. I love the feel of JB makeup but hesitate to order again in another shade because of cost. I wish small samples IN 2 or 3 shades were available for purchase before committing to a full order.
