We part exchanged my wife's 2 year old MX5 for a new model MX5 in August this year, (this was my wife's 3rd consecutive MX5, she has always loved these cars appearance, the driving pleasure, reliability and reasonable maintenance costs).
Having had a frustrating attempt to purchase through our local dealer, I telephoned Jennings Mazda in Middlesbrough. We were dealt with by a salesman called Craig Parker who we found professional, helpful, friendly and like Mazda cars always reliable (e.g. he always called back when he said he would even if only to say he hadn't got an answer yet on something but would keep us informed). Reliability of this nature just like reliabilty of the car is very important to customers making substantial purchases but is much rarer than it should be. Our purchase transaction went very quickly and smoothly.
We were very impressed with the customer service we received from Jennings Mazda through Craig Parker who I regard as a major asset to the company. In fact I was so impressed that less than one month after my wife's MX5 purchase in September this year (2016) I decided to look at a top of range Mazda 6 Sport Nav 175 PS Auto. Despite our living approximately 100 miles from Middlesbrough My first and only call on this occasion was to Craig Parker at Jennings; a test drive was arranged, a price was agreed to part exchange my car (not a Mazda) should I decide to go ahead.
A day or two later the deal was done with no pressure, maximum help and minimum fuss, well done Craig and Jennings from two very satisfied customers.
