On purchasing my vehicle some three months ago I found the salesperson extremely helpful and professional- no high pressure techniques. The vehicle a Fiesta Titanium is excellent, it would be difficult for anyone to find fault, I certainly couldn't suggest anything to improve on in. The service staff are polite good humoured knowledgeable about the products and frankly couldn't be more helpful, pretty much ten out of ten all round. Thank you
