I recently bought a car from Jennings group. I bought it over the phone after seeing images of the car on their site. The car was for my mother who was trading her old car in. As the vehicle wasn't local all was agreed over the phone. The car was delivered to my mother's home and the old one taken away. The car was as described (with a couple of minor marks that were not declared when I asked about the condition), but overall it was fine. The service provided was very good up until this point, but to my amazement there was no follow-up call after delivery from anyone to see if we were completely satisfied. As the car was top of the range for this model it should have a full set of car mats with it from new. As the car was relatively new, I expected the original ones to be with the car, or at least some replacements, but there were none. The dealer would have been made aware of our slight disappointment had they bothered to give us a courtesy call within a week of delivery to see that all was fine. I would expect this from any reputable dealer.
