Being 300 miles away from Jennings, I never met any of the sales team when buying my Kia Carens recently. IT is therefore difficult to assess service,support help etc. OVerall I was given all the answers I wanted with regard to the car. When paying for it , there was some confusion between meand you with regard to the actual price, The car has behaved as I would wish over it first 1000 miles with me at the wheel.
My one complaint is that the rear number plate fell off on day three of my ownership. It was embarrassing that it was the police that informed me of this I have since replaced this at my expense!!!
