I thought I had already written a report!! The whole process of trading in my car for the Ice Blue focus S type went extremely well. My first contact with Nichola Brown was excellent, she was most helpful. Paul Robinson then took over the exchange, he too was excellent. I must also congratulate your low loader delivery driver. He was very helpful and so enthusiastic about the car. He took a great deal of trouble in introducing the varied equipment functions within the car. Lastly my wife & I were amazed at the cars condition, it was immaculate.
