Disappointing is an understatement,……… I ordered parts for my mitsubishi on line paid for them and printed off an invoice. One of the items was incorrect ( a substitute i think) and a new invoice was in the box which had been edited to the value of the original order even though the substituted part was of a lesser value.
I sent an email to the customer service department and had and still haven't had a response, i have tried to call them and on one occasion was transferred over 10 times to different departments to then be told to call back. No i will get someone to call you back.
