My salesman was Peter Brown. Mr Brown obviously has a wealth of experience in car sales and his excellent customer service skills compliment this. Also, although you might see that someone has a disability, you can't always just look at someone and understand how that disability impacts on them but Peter Brown understood and made adjustments to his timetable to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible for me.
My experience with Jennings did not end once I had purchased my nearly new Ford Fiesta. I was also impressed when I called at Jennings on Yarm Road in Preston Park this last week. The gentleman in the parts department was so pleasant and went the extra mile for me.
Finally, to compliment my positive experience, on returning to my car from the parts department, I struggled due to being disabled. A young gentleman called Yusef, who I discovered is an apprentice at Jennings, Yarm Road, didn't hesitate for a second to stop what he was doing to help me. What a lovely polite, caring young man he is. To be as considerate as he was, at such a young age is so lovely, I'm sure he will go a long way. Please pass on my best wishes for the future to him.
