I've recently purchased a vehicle from Jennings Kia in Washington. Having done so I would like to point out a few issues which sadly have put me off buying another vehicle from this organisation. Having had the vehicle for a week and despite making murmurous telephone calls I was not sent the MOT cert and had to pick it up a week later on my own initiative, also on HPI car is listed as on finance this has been explained and I've been advised that it will be cleared now that car is purchased, however I've still no clarification of this almost two weeks down the line or anything in writing nor was this explained at time of sale. I feel that having paid cash immediately on the day that I viewed and test drove vehicle the after sales service has been of a let down as I still await the HPI being clear. As large motoring group I would have expected a much more organised and better after sales approach.
