Firstly I rang and spoke to Nicola to make an appointment for the following day to view a car a had seen online, Only to be told when I arrived at the garage the time we agreed the vehicle had been sold, I thought it would be company practise to contact the customer to avoid disappointment and give good customer service. I felt annoyed at this point but Gary the sales assistant turned my visit into a positive one by finding another vehicle of likeness which I then purchased. He was very helpful from start to finish and made me a happy customer.
