If I had put a photo of me on this field it would broken it down. With regard to Jennings as a whole I was very pleased with the service I received whilst looking for a car an also when I had decided to buy one. My only complaint would be the lack of communication between the staff passing messages on to each other and the customer. In my case I was trying to find out the registration number of m new car for insurance purposes and telephoned every day for a week. Turned out no one had passed the messages on to the member of staff dealing with me or even told me that he was on a day off when I had telephoned twice in one day. It nearly cost you a sale as I was so p....d off with the whole affair an nearly went somewhere else.. Since I have got the little car I am more than happy with it and slowly getting used to it me being a pensioner. I love it to bits and thank James for all his help despite not having received my messages he couldn't have been more helpful.
